Therapy for Relationship Anxiety

Transform Relationship Stress into Confidence, Clarity, and Connection

Every Step Toward Healing Is a Step Toward Connection

Hi my name is Owen (they/them), I am an associate marriage and family therapist, and I love working with clients who are desperate to have lasting love in their lives, but don’t feel worthy of it. I work with clients on the verge of relationship changes (moving in together, opening up a marriage, getting serious with dating for the first time in a while), and take a direct approach in building tangible skills that result in confidence in your ability to maintain a relationship and actually access the love you’ve been craving.

As a queer, neurodivergent, and chronically ill associate therapist, I understand that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. That’s why my work focuses on the systems that shape us — from family and partners to culture and society — and how we can navigate them in alignment with who we truly are.

Let’s explore what healing looks like for you — authentically, collaboratively, and without judgment.

I am currently not seeing clients as my license is in transition as I await my clinical exam. Please check back in June 2026 for updates on when my practice is open for clients.

Serving Clients in Los Angeles and the State of California

I work with those 18+ anywhere in California via telehealth on a range of issues based in systemic and relational distress.

Individuals

For those seeking healing, clarity, and self-understanding.
I support the individual in navigating anxiety, ROCD, self-esteem, and their relational identity.  Individual therapy helps you reconnect with your values and build confidence in how you show up in the world.

Couples & Partnerships

For partners looking to communicate better, reconnect, or navigate unique relationship dynamics.
I work with all types of partnerships, including ENM/polyamorous relationships, to foster clarity, intimacy, and mutual understanding.

Unique Circumstances

For clients navigating change, conflict, or complex emotional needs.
I explore the unique intersections that make life harder and more complex that the average therapist doesn’t address.

Speak Your Truth — Let’s Begin Your Healing, Together

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Whether you’re ready to dive in or just testing the waters, I’m here to meet you where you are — with care, curiosity, and no pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Relational Therapy looks at the sytems of interaction a client has with how they form connections with others and where they can feel affirmed. My focus is on being part of community and creating systems for my clients in having fullingilg social lives regardless of systemic factors. My practice is a combination of ACT, IFS, Narrative and ERP therapy.

Each 50-minute session is $190 for individuals and $220 for couples. I also reserve a few sliding scale spots for those who may need financial flexibility. Clients are entitled to a "Good Faith Estimate" prior to beginning services detailing costs of therapy.

No, insurance reimbursment does not allow me to do my best work and instead use Thrizer to help my clients afford therapy with their out of network reimbursment. See "Cost" tab for more details.

The consultation is a 15-minute call where we explore what you're looking for, answer your questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit. You can book directly here.

All therapy sessions are held virtually via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. I refuse to use AI software in my practice and ensure the highest level of confidentiality.

That’s completely okay. The consultation is a great starting point — we’ll talk through what’s going on for you, and I’ll help guide you toward a plan that feels right.
